Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We are now offering delivery to the UK and Europe.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We are currently offering a FREE Delivery Service to Mainland UK. We use mainly Royal Mail 2nd class unless items are heavier and we may use a courier. You will have the option to upgrade your delivery if you the item quicker.

Delivery Charges to Europe are detailed in our Delivery Section or on each product page. This will be calculated on a weight basis.

Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Second Class postage with the option to upgrade to first class or Next Day Delivery.

Where possible, orders will be dispatched the same day unless you order is late in the afternoon or in the evening. These will be dispatched the next working day.

Please allow 2-4 Working days for orders

International Orders

Please allow 5-7 working days for the order to arrive in Europe destinations.

FREE Samples

We offer free samples through our "Free Sample Reward" program. For every purchase, you make you will be given Free Sample Rewards, you can use these to purchase samples from our sample section.

What else should you know?
We are completely focused on delivering the best service standards around but there are a few things you need to be aware of when ordering samples:

The Dermalogica Samples are completely Free of Charge and we are not selling them to you. This means that we may not be able to fulfill the order as far as the samples are concerned. If we out of stock of a certain sample as a replacement will be sent.

Delivery Schedule
We en devour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however, if the items are out of stock and may take a day or 2 longer we will let you know. Please allow 5-7 Working days for orders.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included if applicable. 

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Beautythings.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy

You are protected under the EU Distance Selling act and therefore have two weeks in order to return goods if you choose you do not want them, unopened and unused.

We always operate an Extended Christmas returns.....Get your Christmas Shopping done and have that rest of mind that if the item is not wanted for Christmas that you can return it. As long as the seal has not been removed or packaging opened, then you can send it back to us.

Unfortunately, if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, from a brand other than Dermalogica,  we cannot accept it back for a refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. If items are returned and they show signs of usage, we cannot accept this as a return.

We operate a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all DERMALOGICA Full Size Retail Products purchased with us. If you are not happy with the product for some reason, the Dermalogica full-size product can be returned within 30 days of receipt. You need to let us know about the reaction and we will send you a template email so we can establish what the problem is. You will need to respond to an email with details of the reaction with photograph evidence, as requested by Dermalogica. This does not apply to travel sizes, minis or samples. This is a policy of Dermalogica that we pass onto you. The items must be returned at your cost.

Incorrect Items & Damaged items

We endeavor to monitor all orders with the most checks possible so that we don't make mistakes. However, sometime due to human error we may pick the incorrect item or orders may get mixed up. We are sincerely sorry for this mistake and we will try and rectify the mistake as soon as we know. Please email us with details of the order error and we will let you know our procedure to sort as quickly as possible.

We also try our very best to pack items as secure as possible, without using too much wasteful packaging and costing us more money as we try to offer a better price, however, on occasions, there may be times when an item could arrive damaged. Please let us know via email as soon as this happens so that we can deal with it promptly. We will send you the procedure. We will make sure that you get a speedy replacement and we will arrange for the items to be collected. In all circumstances, the item will need to be collected in order for us to send a replacement or issue a refund. Photo evidence will be required and if the item is disposed of by yourself, we will not be able to proceed with an exchange or refund. We will set up a collection date to suit yourselves, if for some reason you are not in for the collection it is not our responsibility to arrange a further collection.
